ICAR-Central Institute of Coldwater Fisheries Research (ICAR-CICFR) is the nodal research institution in India for scientifically driving the sustainable development of coldwater fisheries and aquaculture in the Indian uplands, under the aegis of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).
