ICAR-CICFR has one Guest House NAMELY “hIMSHIKHAR” situated in the campus. The guesthouse has 14 rooms including 2 VIP rooms on double occupancy. 

The ICAR guest houses are primarily meant for the official guests of the ICAR institutes and participants of Seminars / Workshops/ Symposia / Conferences / Training Programmes organized by the Institute. To avoid inconvenience, request for allotment of accommodation should be sent 15 days in advance in proper format available on the institute website.   It is also requested to send advance letter for official bulk booking i.e Training, conferences etc at least one months (30 days) advance for confirmations. No verbal/telephonic request will be entertained. Accommodation shall be provided subject to the availability of rooms at the time of arrival of the guests with proper official I card. The guest house provide beddings (bed sheet, pillow, sheet, pillow-cover, blanket, mattress etc.). Check-out time is 24 hrs from the time of arrival.  All dues should be cleared before departure during office hours preferably (09 AM-05:30  PM) on working days. Please demand official receipts for payments made.

NOTE:The room rent charges shall be applicable as per the status of the guest staying in the Guest House (Official ID must be provided during check in) and not as per the status who have booked the accommodation as per rule of ICAR e.g. if an ICAR employee is booking an accommodation for a private person, charges will be as applicable to “others” and not “ICAR charges”.
